1. Booking & confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your request and agree a written rate (WhatsApp, email or call). Providing CNIC or passport details may be required to hold the vehicle.

2. Rates & what they include

Quoted rates typically cover the vehicle, registration/insurance for chauffeured use, and the driver where selected. Driver duty is scheduled for 12 hours per day unless otherwise agreed. Fuel, toll tax, parking and entry tickets are excluded and settled by the customer. Driver allowance applies as stated at booking (generally PKR 500/day economy–sedan; PKR 1,000/day SUV–luxury).

3. Overtime & outstation

Time beyond the agreed duty window is charged at an hourly rate confirmed in writing before travel. For multi-day / northern trips, driver accommodation is arranged by us and billed at cost.

4. Self-drive

Self-drive is available on selected models subject to licence verification, local reference, address checks and a refundable security deposit. Mileage limits and excess charges apply as advised at booking. The deposit is returned after inspection if the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

5. Cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation or no-show charges may apply for peak dates (weddings, Eid, northern summer) where a vehicle was reserved exclusively for you. Terms for your booking will be stated when you confirm.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and identity details
• Treat the vehicle and driver respectfully
• Do not ask drivers to break traffic or safety laws
• For self-drive: return the vehicle on time with agreed fuel level

7. Liability

We maintain our fleet and employ professional drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure, or third-party venues. Damage caused by misuse (self-drive) may be charged against the security deposit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore. For questions contact info@rentacarlahore.net or +92 300 8499 507.
